This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an industry leading Medical Aid company based in Mumbles Swansea.

Suitable candidates will have extensive, customer service, customer sales, consultative sales, telesales or telemarketing gained in a B to C, (Business to consumer environment.) Suitable candidates will have experience of dealing with customers at all levels of seniority and offering a clear and professional service.

Working to the highest customer service standards, Customer Service Representatives will be tasked with

Managing inbound and outbound calls in friendly and confident manner.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues and providing solutions.
Customer Care responsibilities
Updating and Maintaining systems
Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

In addition we need someone who is able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively with good initiative and problem-solving skills.
