Centric Talent are currently recruiting for Health Care Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client, who are an outsourced service provider to the retail and eCommerce sector. Our client offers contact centre and fulfilment services, across four UK locations with a combined capacity of over 800,000 square feet and over 350 contact centre seats.

Our client is the second largest postal provider in the UK with a vast range of mail, parcels and Door drop media products and services, both in the UK and internationally. They work in partnership with many of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

They are now looking for hard-working Customer Service Advisors to join them at their state of the art contact centre based in Gateshead this will be working on manly inbound calls and will involve speaking with suppliers, healthcare professionals and family and friends of current residents.


Health Care Customer Service Advisor – The Role & Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to deeply care about how companies treat their customers. You will be working on behalf of our clients delivering first class customer service. For this role you will need previous contact centre experience ideally with experience of working within the healthcare sector or similar.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Answering customer queries via a Live Chat system.
  • Being the first point of contact via email, telephone, and Live Chat
  • Provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Service you possibly can.
  • Provide effective after-sales support.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Caring deeply about how companies treat their customers.
  • Being comfortable with numbers and learning new technology
  • Capture data from clients accurately

Experience needed for this role. 

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced contact centre/customer service environment is essential.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare / care homes an advantage.
  • Good clear communication skills
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Ability to handle calls professionally.
  • Ability to capture data correctly.

Customer Service Advisor – Working Hours

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
5 x 8 hours shifts Per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Plus one Saturday every 4 weeks 9am – 530pm
