Job Description
Are you a friendly and hardworking Customer Service professional looking for a new opportunity in 2024? Our client, a friendly textile business based in Canary Wharf, is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team.
Salary: £25-27K
Location: East London
Working Monel: 5 days in the office 8:30 am – 5:30 pm or 9-6 pm
Experience required: The ideal candidate should possess good experience working in a customer service-based role in an office environment.
Duties:
- Provide first-class customer service to clients by processing orders, & sample requests
- Ensuring delivery schedules are met
- Responding to queries and quotation requests via telephone and emails
- Support the sales team and provide excellent aftercare service.
- Tracking orders
Experience required:
- Customer Service experience working in an office environment, either in a call centre or as part of a customer success team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and positive working attitude.
- Flexibility is key.
