Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year
Our client, based just outside Wymondham, is the largest wholesaler of parts and spares for ATV / UTVs in the UK.
They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Advisor to join their team
Duties will include:
* Taking incoming calls from existing customers
* Processing orders and updating the CRM system
* Developing relationships with clients and upselling where possible
* Dealing with Warranty issues and Technical Support (training given)
* Setting up new accounts
* Liaising with warehouse/dispatch etc.
* Attending trade shows etc when this is possible
* Ad hoc admin and support
The ideal candidate will have previous customer-facing experience (preferably in a B2B environment), be computer literate and be prepared to muck in with deliveries etc when required.
Previous experience in the automotive or other relevant sector would be an advantage
