Job Description

Our client is keen to appoint a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator with a primary responsibility for order processing. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and efficient professional who excels in providing exceptional customer service while managing and processing orders accurately and efficiently.

  • NG2, 100% office based
  • Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm (30 min lunch)
  • £22,000 – £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Assist customers in navigating products, services, and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Manage order changes, cancellations and returns efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any relevant updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.

 

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL!
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using customer service software, order processing systems, and other relevant tools.
