To be successful in your application you must demonstrate;

A strong sales background in which you have successfully worked towards KPI’s and targets in a pressurised environment.

A consistent and passionate customer focus with the ability to naturally build a rapport with customers of all types and gain their commitment through your strong desire to always go the extra mile – first impressions are essential but positive lasting impressions are even more valuable within this business!

Confidence in your written and verbal communication skills – for phone and email correspondence.

*
Intermediate PC skills – Microsoft Word and Excel experience a distinct advantage.

Strong mental arithmetic ability (for quotation purposes)

*
Administrative and organisational ability

Although similar, this is not a typical retail environment and therefore you will need to be a commercially minded individual with previous sales and customer service experience. Day to day you will support the Manager and team in running the branch and provide a first class service to a multitude of differing customers.
