Customer Relation Agent

The winner of Google’s 2011 EMEA Premier SMS Partners are looking for Customer Relations Agents to join the National Customer Service team on an on-going, temporary basis. This temporary role will offer you 28 days holiday, a tax free benefit scheme and access to the companies on site Gym, beautician, and canteen.

In this role you will take ownership for all internal and external customer transactions and telephone queries ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet internal and external customers’ requirements. The role holder will also be responsible for preparing and completing all customer requests within agreed deadlines and managing the customer relationship through out the customers journey.

To be successful in this role you must have previous customer service experience and previous call centre experience would be ideal, although candidates from retail, hospitality or other customer facing backgrounds will also be considered.

annual salary of: £26,000increasing up to £8.60 after a qualifying period
