Correspondence Customer Service Agent

Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Correspondence Customer Service Agent to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Core Duties & Responsibilities include

As a Correspondence Customer Service Agent, you will have a vital role within our contact centre. You will be handling customer cases, creating, and responding to customer correspondence via email and post, escalating concerns and keeping records up to date.

This is a crucial role which allows our business to be operational.

Person specification

  • Experience of handling high volume correspondence
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and grammar
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
