Customer Casework Advisor – £26,000 per year – Bournemouth

Our client is the world’s largest Building Society and has been named as one of the top ten employers to work for within the UK in a recent poll.

We now have several ongoing opportunities to work as a Caseowner in a vibrant, friendly and motivated mortgage team. In this role you will be responsible for liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors and applicants. You will be communicating via telephone and email in order to keep customers up to date with their application. You will also take inbound queries and assist where possible which will require excellent levels of communication skills and solid MS Office knowledge.

Previous financial experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided by the client. This is a temporary role for three months that will provide the right applicant the opportunity to gain experience in one of the UK’s leading blue chip organisations.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.
