Customer Care – I.t. & Clinical Systems

Wise Employment have a rare opportunity to join one of our Clients based in Bodmin.

This is a permanent post and offers a Salary: £26,000 per year, with a bonus, health care plan, pension and FREE parking!

The role:

– To respond to customers; GP Practices and Health Communities
– To understand the enquiry or query, by utilising general & specialist product IT skills, and together with interpersonal, organisational and planning skills, achieve a swift and satisfactory conclusion.
– To participate in the escalation of any issues reported to the Service Desk, and to generally assist colleagues in customer liaison and PR matters.
– Communicate with all in-house departments to solve problems efficiently and effectively

The Person:
You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, a background in IT having very good PC & “Microsoft Office” skills

You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & customer care skills who has a genuine interest in helping people.

You must be articulate, self-motivated and well-presented and possess the ability to prioritise and deal with escalated queries.

An understanding of Clinical software would be an advantage, but training will be given.

Having previous experience of dealing with clinical safety would be highly advantageous.
