Our client is looking for an energetic and service orientated Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in timely responses to their customers after-sales queries.

You will need a natural desire to provide outstanding customer service coupled with strong communication and problem solving skills to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first-line troubleshooting and timely escalation
• Complete resolution of customer enquiries via telephone ensuring all communication is handled in a timely manner
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by offering professional technical assistance adhering to standards and guidelines
• Effective use of the CRM system to record and manage incoming cases, ensuring all data is correctly entered and maintained
• Interact with Service Teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Ability to multi-task and manage daily workload effectively
