If so, look no further.My client, an award-winning organisation based in Redditch, is currently recruiting a Credit Controller on a part time basis to join their fun and friendly team.Role Details: Salary up to £28,000 pro rated25 hours per week – flexibility to choose hours – minimum 4 day coverageCompany Benefits: Company pension after 6-month probationHolidays: 25 days per year plus bank holidaysLocation: RedditchFully office based Duties/Responsibilities: Collect overdue customer accounts using telephone and emailAllocate cash to customer accounts and allocate to invoicesSome Sales Ledger dutiesReconcile customer accounts, deal with customer queries, and raise necessary credit notesCollaborate and action the debtor’s ledger with line manager and colleaguesNegotiate payment plans and setting up terms and conditions for customersSupport other members of the finance team when required Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar roleWorking in a fast-paced credit environmentGood Excel and organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone mannerCalm and confident mannerGood team worker but also able to work independently If this sounds like you, please apply today!
