Our client is looking for an experienced part time Credit Controller, a key role in their finance team ensuring their customers payments is received on time.
Your new role:
- Accurate control of the sales ledger
- Chasing overdue debts, as appropriate
- Allocating payments on to computerised open sales ledger system
- Resolving customer items in dispute/query so that payment can be made
- Raising credit notes
- Reconciling the sales ledger account
- Providing information on overdue accounts to the Financial Controller, and Business Development Managers
Hours – P/T – 20-30 hours p.w. to be agreed (site based)
up to GBP26000 p.r. DOE
About you:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, be AAT qualified (or QBE) be a confident communicator and have good working knowledge of MS Office (including Excel)
