Credit Control Manager

Our Client, a renowned and respected Employer, are looking to recruit a Relationship Manager within the Accounting division.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with Key Customers acting as a main point of contact for any of their queries as well as delivering Financial targets for Business Units across the company. You will maximise cash flow, reducing exposure and enhancing customer service through the relationships you build with the Companies various Business Units, Accounting Teams and Offices throughout the Country.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Overseeing and managing Bad Debts – establishing provisions and working to resolve legacy debts
•Creating and maintaining reporting models, both formal and informal to monitor performance
•Building and managing relationships between Customers, Business Units and Accounting Teams
•Identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting with the implementation

To be successful you must demonstrate:

•Credit Management experience in a professional, complex and fast paced environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience of query and issue resolution
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively

An understanding of the Insurance Industry is advantageous but not essential.
