Credit Analyst

A Norwich based Financial Solutions Provider are seeking a Credit Analyst to join their expanding organisation. This is an impressive opportunity involving the robust credit analysis of key products and initiatives in order to help the business teams and assist with the continuous improvement of credit strategies. As well as providing analytical support, the successful candidate will be required to manage projects through various internal stakeholders and as such, must be able to work with all levels and functions in the business.

Your duties will include:

– Developing and evaluating the bespoke system to ensure it measures key performance metrics.
– Providing data reports to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities and courses of action.
– Recognising key trends and evaluating impacts in order to manage risks and opportunities.
– Conducting relevant credit quality assessments.
– Working with function teams to ensure products perform within determined rate / debt ceilings.
– Developing systems and processes to enable enhanced credit analysis.
– Assisting the CEO, evaluating cohort reporting as agreed in alignment with business strategy.
– Co-operating with management and IT to ensure system change requirements are executed.
– Supporting Collection Manager, in review of collection performance and recommending changes.
– Following thorough analysis, facilitating the appropriate changes within the business functions.

You will:

– Have knowledge of FCA Regulations including Financial Promotions.
– Be able to deliver effective analysis of the business operating model.
– Be able to build relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
– Have the capability to identify effective risks and opportunities to the credit forecast.
– Posses a methodological approach with precise attention to detail.
– Have the ability to prioritise workload to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
– Be able to produce accurate reports in order to execute action plans.

A full time position, working in Norwich city centre. An offered salary of £39,600 – £48,000.
