Salary: £108,000 – £150,000 per year

Corporate Associate

A 3-4 pqe corporate law associate is needed to join one of the most forward thinking law firms in London, currently undergoing a major development and expansion strategy and offering excellent career prospects to an ambitious and outgoing corporate lawyer.

You will be join a busy supportive team who thrive on challenge and take a dynamic approach to their client’s objectives. Clients include large financial institutions, private and public companies, household names and individual entrepreneurs

As a corporate associate, you will deal with a variety of matters, which will include:-

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Equity Markets
• Private Equity
• Joint Ventures
• Corporate Advisory work

Ideally you will have trained and gained you corporate law experience in a large Central London or regional firm.
