Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
My customers are a Control Systems Engineering company, with a wide variety of work and a reputation for delivering automation and process control projects that others thought were too difficult to do.
Being busy, they want another Control Systems Engineer to join their team. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be a superhero, or be able to solve a rubik’s cube behind your back in 10 seconds to join them. 15 seconds is quick enough.
Their biggest need is for a confident PLC programmer with experience of 1-2 PLC types (Siemens Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley Mitsubishi Omron Schneider GE PLC software skills). Or you might have experience in HMI and SCADA configuration (Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, WinCC).
At that point, the company can use what you have and add extra skills to it- taking you into new areas, Historians, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Brewery, MES, SQL. Adding to your knowledge with whatever future projects need.
