Contracts Manager – Commercial Office Fit Out

This commercial office fit out contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Managers from an office / commercial fit out background. You will need to have a strong contracts management background, managing projects from £250k up to £3million. This contractor will cover projects including office, retail, leisure, education & within the technology sector On every project they complete, they aim for Perfect Delivery. This requires a combination of tried and tested procedures, a passion to get it right first time, and pride in the delivery of the finished product. The type of person this company looks for is customer focused, solution focused and above all a proactive individual that cares about the work, the client and the projects they are managing.
