Salary: £780 – £900 per day
Contract Solutions Architect – messaging FIX XML FpML Banking – Central London – 750p/d
Key skills: strong financial messaging FIX FpML XML, interfacing, MQ, JMS, Oracle Service Bus / OSB Weblogic, JAVA, J2EE, LDAP, Oracle.
Our clients business is at the very heart of the London banking community and is a stable member and well regarded institution within city finance circles. Our clients IT systems help support the trading of items such as derivatives, swaps and fixed income products. We are just one of two tier one preferred suppliers and have been established as a key supplier for several years. We have been asked to identify a contract Solutions Architect / Solutions Designer to assist in specifying the architecture and design of business components, services and systems.
This role is very much focused on financial messaging / systems integration.
Candidates must have strength in the following areas at architectural level:
XML
Investment banking
Ideally FIX and FpML
integration / middleware (ideally OSB / Oracle Service Bus (formally BEA Weblogic)
MQ
JMS
This will be a long term contract role (initially 6 months) budget is 750p/d.
