Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4:30 pm

Location: Hybrid role – based across several client sites in Teesside

What you’ll be doing;

  • Undertake all tasks in accordance with Veolia Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and Business Management System
  • Complete administration tasks such as making waste bookings associated paperwork
  • Taking notes from and preparing paperwork for meetings
  • General filing duties
  • Assist the contract manager with the preparation of monthly reports and the recording of KPI data
  • Advising on waste streams and checking duty of care paperwork
  • Daily preparation of key paperwork required for following days loads
  • Maintenance of client BMS system
  • Interaction with on site operations teams

The role will be based across several sites for our prestigious clients providing support to the operational teams and training will be available to develop your hazardous waste and industry knowledge to progress long-term within our growing team.

What we’re looking for;

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
  • Good IT literacy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience within the waste management industry would be advantageous
  • Chemistry / Hazardous Waste background would also be advantageous
