Construction Manager – Utilities

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

Construction Manager – Utilities £50 – £55k plus £6k car allowance

ConstructionManager required to oversee a programme of water network projects on new developments. The role is to deliver projects safely, to a high quality & on time. The role will also require excellent client & contractor management.

The successful candidate will work on the delivery of projects from construction handover through to completion. The role will be home-based and focus on various sites in the South of England. However, flexibility is essential to help deliver projects elsewhere in the UK.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the construction, commissioning and testing of on-site and off-site water mains and networks for new developments in strict accordance with Company systems, processes and controls. 

Requirements

• The successful candidate will have significant experience within site/project management in the water industry. You will also have a working knowledge of current Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications, Codes of Practice and Recommendations relating to water distribution systems. They must also have a working knowledge of the other utilities to enable safe and efficient management of network construction.
• Relevant SHEA card
• CSCS registration
