They are now looking to expand their office locations and are looking for an experienced construction recruiter to set up a branch for them in the North / Scotland (open to location)

They achieve great results from their people by giving them the space to develop how they want to.

There is plenty of support available from the Senior Management team, but they want you to operate with the minimum of interference.

As the Construction Recruitment Branch Manager – North your responsibilities will encompass P&L, Staff recruitment retention and development, Business Development, Candidate Attraction and so on.

It is a full Branch Manager remit.
