Configuration Engineer

Our client has an opportunity for a configuration Engineer to join their team. This person will be based on site at their Nottingham head offices, it will be 9am – 5:30pm. This position is to work on site with a small team.

We’re looking for a configuration Engineer to provide support with the company IT equipment. This a great position for some who has a passion for IT and a great position to get that first step on the ladder and develop you career.

Job Duties:

• Testing Apple products daily – Like iPads and iPhones using computerised software
• Booking in apple products
• Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
• Test all products, barcode and label
• Interest in Apple products
• Picking and allocating stock to our store locations
• Picking and packing stock for orders (on occasions as support)
• booking in orders
• Correcting dealing with warranty and returns (on occasions as support)
