Conference organiser who delivers knowledge and skills to industry and job function markets in Russia and other Emerging Markets through conferences, seminars, forums and exhibitions within Oil and Gas, Pharma and Finance.

The role:

I am recruiting for a bright and articulate Marketing Executive to promote their conferences and exhibitions (5 events) The person will need to collaborate with both Moscow-based marketing & PR, social media and logistics managers as well as with the internationally stationed members of the team: head of the projects and production, sponsorship staff etc. so good interpersonal skills and professional conduct are important.

I am looking for a focused and determined marketing manager to join their dynamic and friendly office in London. The marketing manager will devise and execute marketing campaigns for their portfolio of international conferences, focusing on Russia and the CIS. The successful candidate will have to work on several events at the same time. The job requires the candidate to be ambitious, organised and able to cope with a deadline driven environment. Full Conference marketing experience required to include Direct marketing from start to finish, copywriting, Social media (FB Twitter and Linkedin) Website and Digital marketing, Contra Deals and working with other Associations.

Must be a native Russian speaker with proven B2B Conference/Events marketing with at least 3 years experience.
