This leading homewares retailer is looking to recruit a manager for a new high profile site in Battersea South london.
This role gives the successful candidate a real opportunity to join early an expanding iconic retailer looking to grow their retail portfolio.
Working for a well-established cutting edge brand within the homeware sector, as a concession manager you will be passionate about service you deliver, with a keen eye for detail, and the creativity and passion to really enthuse your team.
A commercial, creative thinker, you’ll lead the team towards explosive sales and profit, whilst creating a slick and inspiring environment, both for your team to work in and for your customers to shop.
The person
A forward thinking creative individual, with a passion for either interior design, or homewares that has the ability to deliver exceptional service at every interaction and a natural flair to enthuse this passion through your team.
The ability to bring out the best in others using your commercial and operational know-how to perform brilliantly and deliver a great operation where customers love to return.
The strength to deliver all KPIs and objectives set and a natural passion to hit your goals by inspiring, leading and coaching your team.
Your experience
An inspirational motivator of teams through your leadership style in a highly customer focused environment.
A current store manager or strong assistant manager of a larger store ready to step into a management position.
Highly commercial, super focused and energetic with a proven record of delivering KPIs
A problem-solver, data-interpreter and savvy business decision-maker.
An unshakably solid planner, with top-notch organisational skills.
Ambitious, driven and self-motivated.
