Permanent, full time Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a week

Shift Pattern: 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm on a rota basis

Due to business growth we have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Compliance & Onboarding Team Leader! We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage a team of Onboarding Partners, responsible for onboarding and welcoming candidates in a timely manner to fulfil client demand and expectations to drive fill rate.

Every day you will…

• Supervise and lead a team of Onboarding Partners, provide guidance and training and coordinate schedules and distribute workload
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting targets and coaching team members
• Oversee the onboarding of candidates, ensuring we’re meeting business demand and that candidates are onboarded via the correct process
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inquiries and requests and resolving any escalated issues or concerns
• Ensure candidates have completed all required processes and have been provided all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

• Previous experience managing a team
• The ability to drive team performance to achieve KPIs
• Previous experience in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure
