Compliance Coordinator

Do you have a passion for operational excellence? Are you keen to make a real impact and improve Samsung’s compliance within their repair partner sites?
We are looking for someone with strong detail-orientated skills to help support our field teams. Your role as a Field Quality Assurance Coordinator (Compliance Coordinator) will be to monitor compliance, and support field visits with accurate data and solutions to ensure Samsung’s standards are upheld across their partner sites.
You will oversee all improvements and compliance ensuring operational excellence across Samsung’s consumer experience division.
If you have a keen eye for detail, problem solving and have a passion for process alignment this could be the perfect role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
Quality Assurance
Collaborate within the CX MX (mobile experience, Consumer Experience) Quality team to create and refine new/outdated documents – including Process maps, Guidance/SOPs
Work closely with the MX CX Field team to identify gaps in quality and produce continuous improvement plans/reports
Continuous Improvement
Document feedback and results to help the CX team identify strengths, as well as areas of improvement, to optimise continuous improvement
Compliance
Schedule and manage compliance visits across our network
Performing routine inspections of sites and their adherence to process
Managing data to support business cases and in-depth performance analysis.
Partner Relationships
Visiting our network of nationwide Authorized Service Partners to conduct Quality and support visits
Working with Authorised Service Partners to identify improvement areas and feedback on proposed solutions
Brand Representation
Ensure Samsung’s brand guidelines and reputation are upheld across all partner sites.
Guarantee all customers are receiving an equal high level Samsung experience nationally

- Competitive Salary: £32,500 – £36,500 Per Annum
