Job Description
Reporting to the Compliance & Certification Team Leader, the Certificate Administrator role is pivotal in ensuring operational and technical compliance.
Your responsibilities include providing and reviewing supporting documentation across various facets of our operations. Join us in maintaining excellence in service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance documentation, including statutory certifications & record compliance levels & gaps accordingly.
- Identify remedial actions deemed essential in order to retain a compliant status on the equipment / activity / estate
- Track & assign remedial activities progress of response to any such enquiries.
- Liaison between the Compliance analysts/team & the field engineering service delivery teams
- Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and communications carried out in response to each incoming request
- Produce end of work order
- Checking certifications are complete (these affect KPI’s, certs are signed off by engineers once a job is completed)
- Update job complete in CAFM system, attach certs etc
- Complete audits on team members work
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Familiar with IT systems (specific training will be provided)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel
- Likely to have up to 3 years business experience, or Level 3 NVQ or Certificate Level of qualification
- Work well under timed pressure
