We have a brilliant opportunity for you to become a vital part of our customer complaints team in the role of Complaints Manager. This newly established position will involve overseeing a team of complaints handlers, focusing on ensuring the delivery of our customer promise through effective and customer-centric complaint resolution. Supporting us in making a positive impact on our customers’ experience.
Typical day as a Complaints Manager
- Playing a key role in ensuring policy, process and regulations are followed.
- Offering expert support and coaching to colleagues across the business.
- Drive a culture of seeing complaints as a positive way to learn about what our customers expect.
- Provide analysis on a regional, organisation and business area level to look at trends, themes and lessons learnt.

You have
- A creative approach to problem solving and influencing.
- Have experience of our complaints policy, Housing Ombudsman regulations and regulatory standards.
- It would be amazing if you have relevant qualifications in the customer service field.
- Experience of leading a team, delivering targets and KPI’s.
- Excellent communication, analytical and report writing skills.

Job details
- Flexible working hours
- This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
