The Trust serves a population of approximately 440,000 residents across Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre, Lancashire and South Cumbria and the North of England. It is responsible for the provision of Community services such as District Nursing and Midwifery to an large geographical area, extending from Lytham St Annes in the South as far North as Morecambe and Carnforth.

Minimum requirements.
Minimum 6 months recent relevant UK experience.
Full occupational health immunisation to include Hep B, MMR, Varicella and TB scar proof.

Must be a car owner and driver
