Salary: £48,000Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions.

OTE: £75,000

Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:45am – 5:30pm

• We are currently seeking a Community Manager to manage the growth of a new serviced office location in Richmond on behalf of our client; a high-spec and design-led serviced office space provider with multiple buildings throughout prime locations of London and the Midlands.

• In this role, you will be responsible for maximising the profitability of their newest Richmond site by ensuring the smooth operation of the site and delivering high standards and levels of customer service.

• Helping to meet the expectations and requirements of existing clients, members, and prospects, you will be tasked with creating a collaborative environment through delivering on the company’s service offerings, and membership events, among other initiatives.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

• Sales – Increase group occupancy and budget
• Customer Service & Client Management
• Managing social media channels and rolling out marketing campaigns
• Strive to achieve budgets and forecasts set by the company 
• Constantly strive for a quality operation of your location
• Accounting – working in conjunction with the company’s Accounts Team
