Community Carers for Chingford

edacs Healthcare are seeking EXPERIENCED community carers to work in the Chingford area. There is now an increased demand for carers to work in the community.

You will be caring for vulnerable adults in their own homes, allowing them to remain an active part of their local community.

* You will provide support with personal care
* Prompt or administer medication
* Monitor service user status
* Report and record any abnormalities
* Ensure service user have a positive experience, care and support

Successful candidates MUST have previous care experience and be available to work weekends and evenings.
