IT and Communications Account Manager

We are looking for a high calibre account manager who can communicate well with both clients and internal departments.

The role is to help our client reach and product set within the client base as well as find new opportunities.

My client prides themselves on high levels of service and have an ever increasing customer base of medium/corporate clients.

We are searching for an individual who is comfortable ideally in discussing both IT and Communication solutions, where technical expertise is required we have specialists to aid the Client Relationship Manager.

The CRM will be responsible for keeping/strengthening our business relationships with customers, whilst identifying new opportunities and creating extra revenue using our extensive product set:-

Job Role
*Quarterly customer face to face reviews for key accounts
*Consultative business analysis of our client for any new product opportunities
*Providing clients with bill analysis and reports
*Acting as an escalation level for service issues
*Working closely with product managers to improve product knowledge and cross sell
*Proactive management of given clients
*Servicing clients mainly in South East

Requirements

*Understanding of the business communications market
*At least two years experience in communications with sales experience
*Able to communicate at board level
*Strong communication skills
*IT industry knowledge
*Driving Licence

*Basic payable on experience £25 -35K pa
