What We Offer:
- Starting wage of £12.57 per hour for all commis chefs, with an additional £1.20 per hour for overnight shifts (midnight to 6 am), bringing your rate to £13.77 per hour.
- Flexible working hours between 3am and 10pm, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling practices to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff, maintaining a harmonious and productive workspace.
- Familiarity with fundamental cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, and boiling.
Requirements:
- Certain tasks may require applicants to be 18 years or older and able to serve alcohol.
- Successful candidates must provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check following Airport Security Regulations.
- Previous Commis Chef experience is a valuable asset.
