Sheridan Maine is partnering an award-winning communications organisation, that is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join its team as a Commercial Production Finance Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional to play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of a growing business.
As the Commercial Production Manager, you will take charge of all production jobs across the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organisational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Production planning and oversight – work with the Commercial Production Analyst to effectively manage the process.
- Efficiently allocate resources to optimise production processes.
- Work closely with creative, technical, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the production lifecycle.
- Key escalation point on all client receipts.
- Support the business with Pay When Paid (PWP) policies and processes.
- Managing supplier set-up and payments.
- Provide guidance and support to the Commercial Production Analyst.
To be considered for the role of Commercial Production Finance Manager, you will require the following skills and experience:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience within an advertising/media/production environment is desirable.
This is a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days based on-site and the rest worked from home.
