Commercial Gas Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer covering the North East Region. The role will be split between PPM and Reactive maintenance, test and inspection and install on projects on commercial catering and heating systems and includes a vehicle with the role.

*upto £35,000 + Vehicle + overtime and benefits*

You will have over 3 years experience of working on commercial or retail sites, and be able to fault find on the electrical side.

This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

To undertake the Planned Maintenance of Commercial, Domestic and Catering appliances, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures and respond to emergency call-out request to ensure clients’ systems are maintained.

Suitable candidates must have the following ACS Certification:

Domestic – CCN1, CEN1, DAH1, WAT1, CKR1, CPA1

Commercial – CODNCO1, COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP/1A

Any Oil & LPG qualifications would be desirable.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi task.

Be able to cope well under pressure.

You will be a self – motivated, flexible individual and a strong team player.

The role would suit a Gas Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Multi – skilled Engineer, Facilities Maintenance Engineer or Senior Engineer looking for a static role.
