Commercial Client Handler

The chosen candidate will be a pivotal member of a corporate team, providing in-house support to a busy account executive team working with key clients.

This position will include negotiating renewals with insurers, dealing with client enquiries, producing renewal reports and summaries of insurance as well as dealing with all mid-term adjustments. We are looking for someone with the ability and desire to service clients to a very high standard at all times.

The role represents excellent prospects for someone wanting to develop their career in Commercial Insurance.

Classes of business will include Property, Public and Employers Liability, Business Interruption, Personal Accident, Travel, Professional Indemnity, Commercial Motor, Directors & Officers, Marine Cargo and Goods in Transit.

We are looking for someone with a high regard for personal appearance comfortable with a professional business environment and able to form good business relations with clients.

The role will involve interacting with clients on the telephone and by written correspondence so pronounced communication skills are essential.

Being educated to A level or above would be desirable but candidates must be educated to GCSE or equivalent, with grades above C in English and Maths.

This role will involve travel so a full clean driving license is a must.
