Commercial Catering Engineer

Salary: £48,240 per year

My client has become one of the UK’s leading Install, Service, Maintenance and Repair companies for all major catering equipment companies in the UK. They also provide repair, maintenance and installation work for catering businesses directly.

They currently have a team of 27 Engineers and some have been in situ since the company’s inception a little over 10 years ago.

Going through a huge period of growth they are now looking at taking on an additional Commercial Catering Engineer on a permanent basis.

Our client has an excellent first time fix rate of 98% with client retention sat at 100%

As a Commercial Catering Engineer you will be:-

• Attend site and diagnose / fix faults
• Working with a variety of clients such as Mc Donalds, Nandos, Gauchos etc to name but a few
• Covering Southampton, Hampshire and West Sussex.
• Call out 1:4 weekends

Skills Needed:-

• Proven experience with commercial catering equipment install, service and maintenance.
• Experience working on combi-ovens, grills, burners, fryers, hot cupboards ETC. NO DISHWASHERS is necessary for this role.
• Convotherm, rational, fry master experience also advantageous
• Proven experience in diagnostic and repair work
• Comcats 1,3,5 is required as well as LPG
• Any fridge experience would be advantageous for this role
• Will be ideally situated in Essex
