Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit Collections Advisors on a permanent basis in Sheffield.
Working for an award winning debt recovery law firm, who are the first to become full FCA license accredited, the Collections Advisor will be rewarded with a company who prides themselves on employee engagement and providing a ‘right first time’ approach to their customers.

The Collections Advisor will be responsible for contacting customers – both business and consumer – to help negotiate repayment plans to clear their debt.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Collections Advisor will be:
* Outbound calls to customers regarding their outstanding debt
* Building a rapport with the customers to enable effective conversations
* Establishing their needs
* Discussing repayment options
* Organising repayment plans
* Keeping up to date with FCA
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
The Collections Advisor will have a high level of customer service and empathy; however you must be resilient in the sense that some customers will not be as nice as others!
The successful Collections Advisor will have a positive attitude, the ability to build rapport and demonstrate to the customers that you are there to help them! This will then lead to debt repayment plans being managed appropriately and effectively pay off the debt!
The Collections Advisor will work between 8:30am and 6pm (although flexibility is required between 8am – 8pm) Monday to Friday. There may be the occasional Saturday morning.
