The Company

They produce some of the highest end products throughout a number of industries, including; Motorsport, F1, Automotive, Marine and Aerospace. They have a mature manufacturing environment with a mix of latest 5 axis machines and old faithful machines.
The Job
As an CNC tooling technician you’ll be supporting the machinists with their tooling needs, on a day to day basis you can expect to be visually inspecting, monitoring tool life, storing/picking tooling, setting tools in a variety of holders and ordering new tooling as required.
Experience
Relevant experience would include previous machine shop experience with extensive knowledge of tooling. This role will be the go to person in the machine shop for anything tooling so being comfortable communicating at all levels including with any external suppliers. And, it goes without saying, organisational skills and the ability to maintain a clinically clean environment are essential.
