CNC Router Setter

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

CNC Router/setter Circa £21- 23K Monday to Friday, No shifts, overtime paid at 1.5 after 38hrs, 7.30am – 4.15pm, Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 3.15pm Friday, Free parking, Growing company

Location of the CNC Router/setter position: Tamworth

The successful CNC Router / Setter Operator will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards set by and will have a proven track record of operating CNC woodworking machinery, such as routers or other woodworking CNC machines.

Duties of the CNC Router/setter opportunity

Working with Homag or Weeke Router machines is preferred but not essential, other woodworking machinery experience would also be considered.
Loading large sheets to router machines
Loading correct programs from computer library to machine via job card information
Adding removing tools to machines as required
Alerting feeds and speeds locally on machines to improve cut quality
Operate more than one machine during long machine cycles
Interpret engineering drawings
