Day Shift Working – 7.30am – 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30 – 12.30 Friday

We are currently working with a precision engineering company, based in Rugby to help support their growth and the implementation of new technology. They are now looking to recruit for an experienced and ambitious CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to work on their vertical lathe.
The client focuses on high value and technical CNC milling and turning applications. They supply into a wide variety of industries including Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas plus many more. They deliver a reliable service to their customers, including many blue-chip companies.
The role of the CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator will involve:
- Program, set and operate medium to large components on both horizontal and vertical lathes
- Working off own initaitive
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Fanuc Controls
The Ideal Candidate for the CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator:
- Is technically minded and has CNC machine tool background
- Has at least 10 years experience with CNC Turning
- Is organised and can work efficiently
- Has experience working with large components
