We are currently seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to join our client’s team in London. Our client is the UK’s leading independent provider of nerve conduction study tests for NHS hospitals throughout the United Kingdom. As they are the UK’s leading independent provider of Neurophysiology, Nerve Conduction, IOM (Intraoperative Monitoring) studies for public and private hospitals throughout the UK, they are now seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Nurse to join their team.

The Clinical Support Nurse will provide clinical governance and clinical services to clients who require a high level of nursing need and support at home.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide holistic and comprehensive clinical support services to all clients including:
• An Initial assessment including goal setting for each client
• Provide training needs analysis for each client
• Create individual care plans for clients with long-term conditions
• Train and support care workers to deliver a high level of nursing care to our clients and then sign them off competent
• Regular progress monitoring and care plan reviews
• Work well with as a team member using open communication with all members of our client’s team
• Work in collaboration with the CCG’s
• Maintain a caseload of client’s and their families.

Your role will consist of meeting with clients regularly to ensure there is high levels of clinical governance adhered to in each package. The initial set up of a client will mean visiting the home most weeks to train, support, observe, and then sign off the care workers as competent and then depending on need your input will as needed.
