Clinical Lead – RGN

Salary: £20.4 – £25.2 per hour

Are you a Clinical Lead with an excellent nursing track record, with the desire to work for a care home that offer a great support team?

My client is a well-established Nursing home based in Dorset with a great reputation for the support and nursing care they give.

This particular position is in a well run elderly home of 40 residents in Sherbourne. This home can boast about the newly refurbished dining room and amazing conservatory leading onto a peaceful garden with amazing pond which makes it a great place for residents and staff.

As a Clinical Lead (RGN), you will be:

* General Nursing and leading the shift.

* Working closely with management team.

* Keeping up-to-date with CQC guidelines and procedures.

* Making sure all paperwork is up-to-date

* Administering Medication

* Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to elderly residents

* Keeping care plans up to date

* Liaising with other healthcare professionals i.e. GP’s, Social Workers, Therapists and Families

Skills & Experience Needed:

* You need to be a registered nurse (RGN) with valid NMC

* Experience in a similar setting (desirable)

* Great level of care with an excellent nursing track record needed

* Be living within travelling distance to Sherbourne.
