The Client Liaison and Contracts Manager will provide a lead and support function to deliver the enhancement of critical life safety systems to our portfolio of previously completed developments. The role will lead and assist the team in progressing each project through the feasibility, design, and delivery phase to achieve compliance with our commitment to the Self Remediation Terms agreed with the Department of Levelling Up Housing & Communities.

Liaison with other areas of the business will be required, including the Procurement, Legal, Estimating, Commercial, Operations and Delivery to help drive best value for the Business.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administration of Contracts, agreements, licenses and specifications and compliance for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the project to ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan.
  • Liaison with and reporting updates to Building Management Companies, Freeholders and Leaseholders.
  • Liaison with and reporting updates to the Department of Levelling Up Housing & Communities.
  • Management of consultant appointments and wider design team as required.
  • Manage high-level programme and budget inputs and outputs.
  • Identify site-based risks and constraints in conjunction with the Planner and Commercial & Construction Manager, and communicating these to stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Establish and Manage File Structure.
  • Manage Asite Usage in conjunction with Design manager and Document Controller
  • Compliance – Establish Quality Inspections & Sign Off Procedures
  • Assist with the production of Contract and Subcontract Documents.
  • Monitoring of project reports, programme, development costs, build cost as and when required, to ensure project stays on budget and programme.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the rectification of Building Facades and internal compartmentation.
  • Understanding the requirements of PAS9980.
  • Technical or Project/ Contract Management background.
  • Liaison with multiple stakeholders
  • Contract Administration
