Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently recruiting Cleansing Operatives to work in Bury St. Edmunds as part of a team to deliver a quality service on an ongoing, temporary basis that could lead to permanent roles for the right candidates.
Due to the nature of the role, your own clean driving licence is essential.
As a Cleansing Operative, you will be responsible for litter collection, litter picking,
sweeping and bin emptying and the safe use of the vehicles used to carry out these tasks including undertaking appropriate checks to ensure that the vehicles are in a roadworthy condition.
You will undertake the occasional collection of fly tipping, grounds maintenance tasks such as leaf clearance, salting of paths and snow clearance along with any other duties commensurate with the role.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm.
