Cleaning Manager

CCS Group are looking for an experienced reliable Area Cleaning Manager to join our team, covering sites across Sussex Area.

CCS Group are expanding our company and are looking for a proactive forward-thinking character who copes well under pressure.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be reliable, flexible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

· Day to day management of the cleaning staff and mobile cleaners.

· Day to day management of performance across the team including holiday and sickness cover

· Conduct regular reviews with all staff and ensure all staff are supported

· Overseeing all the site audits and ensure compliance is adhered

Candidate:

· Previous experience within a similar role is essential ideally 3 years within a management position

· Strong leader with good communications skills and confident in leading a team of cleaning operatives on a mobile basis

· Proactive approach and ability to make quick decisions while remaining customer focused
