Cleaner Operative 
Location: Wellingborough 
£20,800 (£26,000 per year) 
Mon to Fri 09.00 – 16.00 (shifts may occasionally vary)

Interaction Recruitment are looking to recruit cleaners in Wellingborough for our well established client working alongside creditable companies such as David Wilson and Barratt Homes. One of their divisions within the business is New Build and the purpose of this role is to clean the new builds in 4 stages, 1 and 2) whilst building 3) show home clean and then a 4) final clean ready for their new owners to move in. 
 
As the cleaner for the Wellingborough location your duties will include: 
General cleaning 
Removal of protective sheeting 
2/3 cleans per day 
Deep cleaning throughout the areas:

1. During building
2. Demonstration cleaning
3. Sparkle – the finale for the new tenants to move in. 

Ideally you will have: 
 
Experience of cleaning within new builds but not essential as training will be provided 
Clean drivers licence 
CSCS Card – Preferable 
A positive and enthusiastic approach 
Great attention to detail 
Thrives on challenges and making sure you give 100% 
The successful Cleaner would be provided with a van, tools to enable them to drive to site with the equipment that is needed.
