Class 2 Driver

Salary: £20.4 – £22.8 per hour

Due to growth and our own fleet aspirations, we are looking for Class 2 drivers to support us along our journey. Our business is built on satisfaction and loyalty with our customers at the heart of everything we do. We believe in the prestige of the driver’s role and are looking to build a team of drivers who are happy to be the face of our business out on the road.

We are currently looking for Class 2 Drivers to join our growing logistics team. Would you like to get behind the wheel of one of our new vehicles and help us drive our business forward?

Desired Skills:

* Driving and multidrop delivery experience

* FDCL (Cat C or above)

* Valid CPC qualification and card and valid digital tachograph card

* Full understanding of working time and drivers hours regulations

* Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK

* Counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous

* To deliver excellent service by ensuring a prompt and professional standard of delivery to our customers and that, where possible, any issue is resolved at the ‘doorstep’.

* To ensure you operate within and maintain a ‘safety first’ culture in line with the Company’s value of ‘Do the Right Thing’ and in accordance with the undertakings set out within the Company’s Operator License.

* To build effective stakeholder relationships with the wider logistics, operations and sales teams to ensure that the customer is at the heart of decision making, while balancing the profitability of the business.
