Class 1 Night Driver

Salary: £15.6 per hour

Wright Staff Recruitment are please apply a Class 1 Night Trunker to work for our client in the heart of Pershore.

Role

You will be required to carry out legal daily vehicle checks. You will be driving a double decker trailer to a hub in Wolverhampton two times a night. A lot of waiting around to be loaded in a cue involved. No handball required on this job.

Rate of Pay

£15.6 p/hr PAYE + Holiday Pay

Duration of Role

Full Time 12 week temp to perm available. Part time overflow shifts also available during busy periods.

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday (5 Nights) starting at 1745pm usual finish of 0600am.

Essential Requirements

Class 1 UK Driving Licence, Digi Tacho Card, CPC Card. NO DR10 Endorsements

Preferred Requirements

Minimum 6 months night trunking experience.

Double Decker Operation

Here at Wright Staff all our drivers from the 29th of March 2021 are employed as PAYE drivers and under no circumstance will accept LTD company drivers due to IR35 legislation. All our driver’s accrue holiday pay on top of hourly rate as per the law and we do not ‘roll up holiday pay’ to make an hourly rate seem higher.
